Travel Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for Airbnb customers.
  • Assist with booking issues, cancellations, refunds, host/guest concerns, and general travel queries.
  • Provide clear and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve performance benchmarks related to quality, call handling time, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English

    (mandatory).
  • Willingness to work in

    5 days working with rotational shifts & weekly offs

    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
