The Sourcing Manager is responsible for all business-related activities that Amdocs performs with its suppliers that are under his / her responsibility in order to optimize costs and savings.. The role encompasses overall management of global procurement activities in the operational spend areas such as Travel, events, HR includes overall management of the day-to-day purchase requirements of Travel which includes Hotel Contracts, Airline Contracts, Cargo Relocation for India (Pune & Gurgaon) & APAC.. Assisting in handling the day to day Purchase needs related to HR, Events, Recruitment contracts, Marketing, Learning & Development contracts.. For all services required: (1) global planning and spend analysis; (2) lead of specific initiatives and bids; (3) working with regional buyers and BUs re area of spend. Engaging with new vendors for above needs to ensure higher standards of services and cost benefits.. Leading RFP’s in areas of Cargo relocation, Hotels, Events etc.. Responsible for the overall Purchase documentation from a Compliance / Audit perspective.. Leading the internal customers meeting to address their concerns and ensure prompt support from procurement.. Supporting PAN Global spend initiatives for leveraging spend for high spend items.. Maintaining of Daily PO & Contract tracker and ensure timely renewals of transactions.. Maintaining of Savings tracker for all transactions and submitting the savings on Quarterly basis.. What will your job look like?. Responsible to work as Procurement Professional for Travel & Events globally. End to end strategic sourcing activities. Work with senior stakeholders to strategize Sourcing and Procurement activities. Lead Negotiations and contractual process with vendors giving Facility services. Why You Will Love This Job.
