The Travel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of travel consultants or agents, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue from leisure, corporate, or group travel bookings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets in the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote travel packages, tours, and related services. Lead, train, and motivate the travel sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, vendors, and tour operators. Identify new market opportunities and grow the client base through B2B and B2C outreach. Oversee daily sales operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches. Coordinate with marketing to create promotions, campaigns, and materials that drive bookings. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Attend trade shows, networking events, and travel expos to represent the company and build connections. Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and profit margins to ensure financial goals are met.
