Travel Sales Executives / Managers

Role Overview

visa and package sales

You will be a key point of contact — from lead generation to closing deals — ensuring an exceptional travel experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for

    visa and holiday package

    sales (B2C & B2B).
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable destinations, itineraries, and visa solutions.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and travel plans aligned with client budgets.
  • Engage with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Negotiate prices, close deals, and ensure post-sale coordination for smooth delivery.

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with visa and package operations teams for bookings, documentation, and confirmations.
  • Communicate with external partners — DMCs, airlines, hotels, and embassies — for quotations and updates.
  • Ensure accurate document verification and compliance for visa submissions.
  • Track and manage each case through CRM tools to ensure efficiency and accountability.

Performance & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed lead and sales records, daily follow-up logs, and conversion reports.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Market Awareness

  • Stay updated on

    visa norms

    , embassy updates, and global travel advisories.
  • Keep current on popular destinations, promotions, and seasonal travel trends.
  • Support marketing initiatives by engaging leads generated through campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

    1–6 years in

    travel sales

    , preferably in

    Visa / Holiday Packages / Flights / B2C Travel

    .
  • Deep understanding of popular destinations —

    Europe, UAE, UK, Southeast Asia, Maldives

    , etc.
  • Strong sales acumen with proven ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-first approach with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Excel/Sheets, and online travel booking tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements

For North India Region:

  • Mandatory:

    Hindi and English
  • Good to Have:

    Gujarati

For South India Region:

  • Mandatory:

    English
  • Any Two (Compulsory):

    Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam

Preferred / Plus Points

  • Prior experience in a

    travel agency, OTA, or visa consultancy.

  • Familiarity with

    DMC coordination, itinerary creation, or group tour handling.

  • Understanding of visa documentation for key international destinations.
  • Exposure to

    corporate travel

    international sales.

  • Hands-on experience with

    booking systems

    (Tripjack, Amadeus, Travel Boutique Online, etc.).

Performance Metrics / KPIs

  • Lead-to-booking conversion rate.
  • Sales revenue and target achievement.
  • Visa approval and error-free documentation ratio.
  • Client feedback, retention, and repeat bookings.
  • Efficiency in turnaround time for quotes and follow-ups.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role at Noida/Bengaluru.

  • Monday to Saturday

    (some extended hours during peak season).
  • Coordination with clients, embassies, and partners across time zones.
  • Occasional travel for vendor meetings, embassy visits, or travel fairs.
