As part of our growth, we are building a dynamic sales team and are looking for skilled and target-driven Travel Consultants who are passionate about travel and can deliver exceptional booking experiences. Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Travel Sales Consultant – who will handle international travel bookings and inquiries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS , strong communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries from customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Offer flight, hotel, and package recommendations based on client preferences and budget. Knows Amadeus GDS for fare search, reservation, re-issuance, cancellations, and ticketing. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with airline policies, travel trends, and fare rules. Maintain accurate booking records and customer interactions in CRM systems. Deliver a personalized, professional, and seamless travel booking experience . Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of proven experience in travel sales or a related role. Knowledge of using Amadeus GDS (ticketing, reservations, re-issuance). Excellent communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills. Strong knowledge of international routes, airlines, and fare structures . Proficiency in MS Office, email, and travel booking tools .
