Travel Sales Executive

As a Travel Sales Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in selling travel products and services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential clients, introducing them to travel products, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales. It is essential to maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. - Assisting with bookings for transportation, accommodation, and tours. You will need to provide detailed itineraries, visa guidance, and excellent customer support. - Meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintaining records of all interactions through CRM systems. Reporting sales performance to management is also part of your responsibilities. - Addressing customer concerns, ensuring smooth travel experiences, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. You will also need to coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing. Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in travel sales or a customer-facing role is preferred. - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Strong communication skills to engage and persuade clients effectively. - Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of booking systems is a plus. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include: - Degree in Tourism, Business, or related field. - Experience in luxury, corporate, or adventure travel. - Prior experience with travel agencies/tour operators.
