Travel Sales Executive

We are hiring for this position for a Travel Brand Hello Hikers. We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Travel Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Travel Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new tour package sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Fresher are also welcomed.

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Customize Trip as per customer requirement.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

- Perform after sales duty like gathering the document of clients for further operation process.

- Consult customer for their trip preparation.

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

- Converting the leads into clients.

- Follow ups.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- BTTM (Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management) or MTTM (Master of Tourism and Travel Management), MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Com.

- Proven experience as a Travel Sales Executive in Travel Packages or relevant role.

- Proficiency in English.

- Excellent knowledge of computer.

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
