Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences (domestic & international). Plan and sell customized travel packages, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers. Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and foreign exchange. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for bookings and confirmations. Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, tourism attractions, and regulations. Handle changes, cancellations, and resolve client concerns in a professional manner. Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and customer requirements. Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
