Travel Consultant

Role Overview: You will interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, both domestic and international. Your main responsibility will be to plan and sell customized travel packages, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and foreign exchange. It will be your duty to coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for bookings and confirmations. Staying updated on travel trends, tourism attractions, and regulations will also be essential. Handling changes, cancellations, and resolving client concerns professionally is crucial, while ensuring all travel arrangements comply with company policies and customer requirements. Achieving monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service is a key performance indicator. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 1 year of experience in sales preferred. - Willingness to travel 25% of the time preferred.
