Who We're Looking For:

A Social Media Wizard.

A Content Ninja. Who:

• Understands that travel is about people, places, and perspective
• Lives and breathes Reels, Cora, , Reddit, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
• Has a sixth sense for what's trending and what’s tired
• Can whip up copy that stops the scroll 
• Can make a photo feel like a plane ticket

What You'll Be Doing:

• Turning destinations into digital daydreams - one reel, post, and story at a time
• Owning our social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & wherever the vibes take us
• Writing captions that sound like poetry but drive clicks like ads
• Monitoring what’s working and tweaking what’s not — data meets creativity
• Keeping our community engaged, inspired, and booking their next big escape
• Collaborating with content creators, adventurers, and wanderers around the world
• Staying ahead of algorithm changes and social trends like it’s your second job (wait, it is)

What You Bring:

• 2+ years managing social media for a brand (bonus points if it's travel or lifestyle)
• A strong aesthetic and eye for what looks good on the grid
• Killer copywriting skills — fun, clear, and engaging
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Passion for travel and cultural storytelling
• A balance of creativity and strategy
• Passport optional, wanderlust essential

Bonus If You:

• Have experience with paid social ads
• Know how to work with influencers and UGC
• Can edit video content or have ideas for travel series
• Have a personal or client portfolio that shows social growth
