Role Description

Travel Sales Consultant


Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with affluent clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, travel expectation, budgets, and needs
  • Design tailor-made, high-end travel itineraries including accommodations, private transfers/transportation, and exclusive experiences.
  • Convert high-value leads into confirmed bookings through consultative selling and exceptional service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and travel regulations
  • Respond promptly to leads via calls, emails, chat
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Ensure seamless coordination of all travel logistics, from pre-departure to post-return concierge support
  • Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and post-sale support professionally
  • Accurately manage client records, preferences, and trip details in CRM systems


Requirements

  • Proven experience in travel sales or high-end client services
  • Proven track record of converting affluent leads and closing premium travel packages
  • Deep understanding of upscale travel destinations, luxury brands (e.g., Aman, Six Senses, Belmond), and exclusive travel experiences
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, packages, and booking tools
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to white-glove service
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related field preferred
