Travel Operations Executive

**About the Role**
We are looking for organized, detail-oriented individuals who can create customized tour packages by coordinating with hotels, transport providers, activity vendors, and other suppliers. This role involves vendor coordination, costing, itinerary building, and supporting the sales team with attractive packages. Freshers with good communication and learning ability can also apply. **Key Responsibilities*** Collect rates from hotels, transport vendors, and activity providers for domestic/international destinations.* Compare vendor rates and negotiate for the best prices.* Create cost-effective tour packages with accurate costing and inclusions.* Prepare day-wise itineraries based on customer requirements or sales team requests.* Coordinate with vendors for booking confirmations, availability, and special requests.* Maintain updated vendor rate sheets and destination knowledge.* Support the sales team by quickly preparing customized quotations.* Maintain records and update CRM/Excel sheets as required.* Ensure packages are profitable and delivered within deadlines.---## **Who Can Apply*** Freshers or candidates with experience in travel operations, package creation, or vendor coordination.* Strong communication skills (Hindi/English; additional languages are an advantage).* Good negotiation and calculation skills.* Basic knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and transportation (training provided).* Comfortable handling calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.* Immediate joiners preferred.
