Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing customised itineraries, selling holiday packages, managing bookings, and delivering excellent customer service. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customised travel itineraries including accommodation, transport, sightseeing, and activities.
• Recommend and sell holiday packages based on customer needs and budget.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage and execute travel bookings accurately and on time.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer bookings and preferences.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to obtain feedback and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in travel operations or holiday package sales (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
