Operations Executive

Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Travel & Tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customised itineraries, selling holiday packages, managing travel bookings, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Itineraries: Design customised holiday plans including accommodation, transport, activities, and sightseeing.
• Sell Holiday Packages: Suggest and sell travel packages suited to customer preferences and budget.
• Customer Support: Handle queries via phone, email, or chat on itineraries, bookings, and pricing.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators for smooth service delivery.
• Manage Bookings: Ensure accurate and timely execution of all travel bookings.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address complaints and provide quick resolutions.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of customer preferences and bookings for personalised service.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on travel trends and recommend innovative packages.
• Follow-up: Conduct post-sale follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in travel operations or holiday package sales.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
• Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
