Job Description

The CREW Onsite Captain delivers seamless, end-to-end guest support at the destination. The role focuses on guest assistance, on-ground coordination, and ensuring a smooth, personalized travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and support them through check-in, arrival formalities, and itinerary clarifications.
Provide quick, accurate assistance for guest queries and special requests.
Offer local recommendations for dining, activities, transport, and experiences.
Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and activity partners to ensure timely execution of plans.
Manage last-minute changes or on-ground issues with speed, ownership, and professionalism.
Maintain service quality and ensure every guest feels supported throughout their stay.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in hospitality, travel operations, or customer service (on-ground experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good local destination knowledge and comfort working in dynamic environments.
Ability to multitask, priorities, and solve real-time issues.
Guest-first mindset with high ownership and reliability.

Work Environment

Fully on-site at the destination.
Rotational shifts including weekends/holidays based on guest movement.
