Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will work closely with senior sales leadership, promoting and selling our religious services, online puja packages, and devotional products to devotees. This role demands strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Sanatani Seva’s religious services, online puja packages, and spiritual products.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct outreach through calls, visits, and online channels to onboard devotees.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat usage.

Work closely with senior sales managers to execute sales strategies and improve conversion.

Manage follow-ups, maintain lead pipelines, and update CRM or internal sales logs.

Represent the company’s values and ensure trust-building with devotees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven sales ability with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Experience in the tourism industry or selling experience/experience-based services is an added advantage.

Excellent communication in Bengali and Hindi; basic English preferred.

Ability to understand and explain religious/spiritual services to customers.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.

Minimum education: Higher Secondary (HS) / Graduate preferred.
