Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Manager based in Delhi, India. The Travel Manager will oversee and manage travel arrangements, coordinate seamless itineraries, and ensure exceptional customer service for clients. Responsibilities include booking transportation, accommodations, and tours, liaising with clients to understand their needs, handling travel-related issues, and contributing to sales by promoting travel packages and services available through the company. The candidate will also collaborate with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Travel Management, including planning and organizing travel arrangements and itineraries Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve travel-related concerns Experience in Sales and promoting travel packages or services Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with travel booking software and tools is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field is advantageous Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
