Travel Executive

As a Travel Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to understand clients" travel requirements by asking relevant questions and gathering as much information as possible. You will be expected to outline all possible options for destinations, flights, car rentals, accommodation, and exchange rates while discussing important issues such as safety and immunization with clients. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you meticulously capture all client information into databases and ensure accurate booking of flights and accommodations based on client specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging car rentals and providing clients with detailed itineraries and schedules as needed. In this role, excellent communication skills are essential as you will be required to answer all client inquiries promptly and address any complaints in a timely manner. It is crucial to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and provide friendly service while building professional relationships with clients. As part of the team, you will report directly to the travel manager and will also be responsible for communicating with vendors for tour quotations and negotiating terms with them. Your role will be integral in providing exceptional travel planning and arrangements while ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,
