Customer Support Executive Voice Process (Travel Domain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice-based customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, ticketing, and travel-related support using

  Galileo/Amadeus GDS tools

  .
• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve queries in a professional and timely manner while adhering to company policies.
• Manage shift responsibilities and ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
  

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 months in a Travel Voice Process.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficient in

  Galileo

  or other

  GDS platforms

  .

• Communication:

  Must be fluent in English with certification or equivalent proficiency.

• Shifts:

  Rotational shifts (24x7 support).

• Working Days:

  6 days a week (Rotational week off).

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC:

  24,000 – 27,000 per month

• Incentives:

  Performance-based (if applicable)
