Responsibilities:
1. Customer Consultation:
Understand clients’ travel needs, preferences, and budget.
Suggest suitable destinations, travel routes, and accommodation options.
2. Travel Planning & Booking:
Arrange flights, hotels, transport, tours, and travel insurance.
Ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed.
3. Itinerary Preparation:
Create detailed travel itineraries including activities, sightseeing, and transport schedules.
4. Visa & Documentation Assistance:
Guide customers with visa requirements, travel documents, and related formalities.
5. Costing & Quotation:
Prepare and share quotations, handle payments, and manage billing processes.
6. Customer Support:
Provide support before, during, and after travel.
Handle changes, cancellations, or emergency requests.
7. Sales & Promotion:
Promote travel packages, special offers, and new destinations to attract clients.
Meet monthly sales targets.
8. Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on travel trends, visa policies, and airline/hotel deals.
9. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel service providers.
10. Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate client records, invoices, and booking details.
