We are looking for a Operations Manager who is passionate about working in inbound tourism. You will be responsible for managing a team that executes journeys being booked from Tushita as a niche, global, tourism brand. The role involves round-the-clock planning, execution and reorientation. It is suitable for you if you’re keen on learning and growing with the changing landscape of tourism. You’ll be working with team-members to ensure smooth end to end operations of the tours once they have been proposed to the time the customer is back home. You have to be willing to go the extra mile to make the customer’s trip meaningful. Success in this position will be demonstrated by the effective execution of the journeys. Responsibilities Lead and manage the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of all direct client and agent requirements. Monitor team performance & ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Ensure all queries from agents are acknowledged and replied to within a defined turnaround time. Maintain a high standard of written and spoken English in communication. Step in directly when necessary to handle high-value or urgent agent correspondence Knows costing & programs. Work closely with suppliers, guides, and internal teams to finalize and lock rates. If required, should be ready to do Airport Transfers Approve final itineraries before they are shared with clients. Knowledge of destinations, hotels, experiences, and logistics. Help the team in unique travel experiences and new product ideas for various markets. Candidate requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in inbound travel operations or DMC environment. Strong understanding of the Indian travel destinations & Costing. Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken . Proven experience in handling teams, multitasking. Time Commitment Full-time, On-Site in Delhi, 5 days a week.
