Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Executive based in Surat. The Travel Executive will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, and ensuring effective travel management for clients. The role includes offering excellent customer service, handling inquiries promptly, and communicating effectively with clients to provide tailored solutions. The Travel Executive will also coordinate with travel service providers and ensure documentation is accurate and completed on time.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to efficiently handle booking, planning, and coordination of trips.
• Experience and knowledge in Travel Consulting and offering customized travel solutions for clients.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries and build positive relationships.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the travel or consulting industry is an advantage.
• Relevant certification or a bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
