Travel Desk Administrator
The Travel Desk Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the travel desk, ensuring smooth travel arrangements for employees. Key responsibilities include:
  • Handling end-to-end travel desk administration for business travel.
  • Managing the Happay portal for travel-related expenses and reimbursements.
  • Issuing debit cards to employees for business travel expenses.
  • Verifying and approving the submission of payment receipts, invoices, and bills related to travel.
  • Providing approval for advance requests, subject to the approval of the employees reporting officer.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in travel administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using travel management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
