Key Responsibilities 🔬 Research & Product Development Plan and execute on-farm trials to evaluate efficacy, safety, and agronomic impact of agri-inputs (bio-stimulants, fertilizers, crop protection). Design comparative product studies vs. competitor benchmarks. Tailor trial protocols to region-specific cropping patterns and agro-climatic conditions. Compile and analyze trial data using statistical tools and generate insights for product positioning. 🌱 Farmer & Market Engagement Organize and lead Field Days , Demonstrations , and Farmer Training Programs to promote product awareness and adoption. Serve as a technical advisor to farmers, dealers, and internal teams. 📈 Techno-Commercial Support Assist the sales and marketing teams with technical presentations , product positioning , and training . Provide scientific validation for promotional claims and technical collaterals.
