Production Officer

As a Production Officer in Algae Process, your role involves overseeing and managing day-to-day operations related to the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of microalgae. Your responsibilities include: - Monitor and manage algae cultivation systems such as ponds and fieldwork to ensure optimal growth conditions for algae. - Oversee harvesting, micro-filtration, centrifuge operation, and bio-stimulant processing of algae biomass. - Prepare and execute daily production plans and shift schedules. - Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and reports. - Perform routine checks and maintenance of equipment used in the algae production process. - Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. - Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement improvements. - Conduct training for operators and ensure workforce competency in production tasks. - Track inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables. - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and waste management guidelines. - Be prepared for shift-based duties and extended hours based on production needs. - Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols. Desired Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology, Chemical Engineering, B. Tech (Biotechnology), or a related field. - Fresher or 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role. - Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.,
