Travel Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to manage and arrange all travel-related activities for our employees, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple bookings efficiently while ensuring cost-effectiveness and comfort for traveller

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, trains, cabs, hotels, visas, etc.)
• Negotiate and communicate with travel agents, hotels, and transport vendors for best rates and services.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies.
• Maintain records of travel expenses and submit reports to the accounts department.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
• Coordinate travel schedules for team members attending exhibitions, installations, demos, or training sessions.
• Keep track of visa validity, insurance, and other travel-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–4 years of experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or administration.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of travel booking platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and manage urgent travel needs.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with travel policies, vendor management, and cost control.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
