Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute

  complex travel itineraries

  including flights, visas, ground transportation, and accommodations across geographies.
• Coordinate closely with executive assistants and the administration team to align

  travel schedules with strategic meetings and events

• Negotiate rates and corporate contracts

  with hotels, airlines, and travel partners to ensure premium experiences within cost parameters.
• Maintain meticulous

  documentation of bookings, travel authorizations, and expense reports
