Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Vadodara. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, processing reservations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The role involves offering tailored travel solutions to meet clients’ unique needs, managing bookings, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
