Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi/Calicut for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients on travel needs, making reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound leads, booking accommodations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for our clients. Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls, averaging 50 calls per day.  Handle incoming service calls with a courteous and professional approach. 

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Experience in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Ability to plan and book travel itineraries
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
