As a Sr. Ticketing Executive/Travel Consultant, your role is crucial in managing travel bookings, ensuring adherence to airline policies, and delivering top-notch customer support. Your strong proficiency in GDS platforms and proactive approach to resolving complex travel queries will be essential in excelling in this position. - Manage international and domestic ticketing using Sabre and Amadeus systems. - Accurately and efficiently handle ADM, exchanges, refunds, and reissuances. - Ensure compliance of all bookings with airline and company policies. - Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients and partners. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless travel operations. - Monitor and uphold data accuracy in booking and reporting systems. - Support quality control checks and assist with audit-related requirements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel or airline domain (corporate or agency). - Proficiency in Sabre or Amadeus GDS platforms (hands-on ticketing experience mandatory). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of ADM processes, reissues, and fare rules. - Comfortable with assessments such as SHL (Svar & Writex) and GDS skill evaluation.
