Qualifications

• 0-1 year experience is travel/tourism sector is preferred
• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management
• Expertise in Customer Service and managing Reservations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
• Familiarity with travel software or booking platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide details about our properties.
• Assist customers with bookings, availability checks, and pricing information.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain booking records and update reservation systems accurately.
• Provide friendly, professional customer support across phone, email, and chat.
