Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating, customizing, and promoting golf travel itineraries that cater to client requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, managing bookings, liaising with global service partners, and troubleshooting travel-related queries. Strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure superior customer experiences is integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of travel planning, itinerary customization, and booking management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and relationship management
• Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving to address travel-related issues
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple travel arrangements seamlessly
• Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry; prior experience in golf travel is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and booking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
