Itinerary Planning : Design and curate customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Booking Management : Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including reservations, ticketing, and confirmations, utilizing advanced booking systems and platforms. Vendor Relations : Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services for clients. Travel Documentation : Advise clients on visa requirements, travel insurance, and other essential documentation, ensuring compliance with international travel regulations. Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and emerging travel technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients. Sales & Revenue Generation : Promote and upsell additional services, such as travel insurance and exclusive packages, to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to company revenue. Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 1–3 years in travel consulting or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to create and manage complex travel itineraries. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and vendors. Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and itineraries. Problem-Solving Abilities : Ability to handle unforeseen issues and emergencies, providing swift and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Sales Acumen : Proven track record in sales, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel-related products and services. Preferred Qualifications Certifications :similar industry-recognized certifications. Language Skills : Proficiency in multiple languages to cater to a diverse clientele.
