Job Description

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in selling our meticulously crafted holiday packages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our clients have unforgettable travel experiences. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the travel industry, and a passion for helping others explore the world. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Customer Service: Sell holiday packages to clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Understand clients' travel preferences and requirements to recommend suitable holiday packages. Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about travel itineraries, destinations, and package inclusions. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets. 2. Trip Planning and Coordination: Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Create detailed and customized itineraries that meet clients' needs and preferences. 3. Customer Support: Provide pre-trip support, including sending reminders, travel tips, and necessary documentation. Offer post-trip assistance to address any feedback or concerns from clients. Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that arise during clients' trips. 4. Market Research and Promotion: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients. Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and other events to represent the Sahapathika Holiday. 5. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information. Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends. Required Skills and Qualifications 6. Education and Experience: English Speaking is a must Minimum of 1 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role. 7. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Ability to create detailed and engaging travel itineraries. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using travel booking systems and software. Knowledge of popular travel destinations, travel regulations, and industry trends. 8. Personal Attributes: Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable holidays. Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Job Information Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM
