Role Summary

As a Travel Consultant Sales, you will be the face of the company for customers looking to plan international vacations. Your role involves understanding customer travel needs, curating personalized itineraries, and converting leads into bookings. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and platform chat to understand their travel requirements.
• Curate customized international travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budgets, and interests.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing prompt, engaging, and expert consultation.
• Proactively follow up to convert leads into successful bookings, meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations, supply, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of the booked holidays.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline movement, and sales conversion.
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, airline and hotel offerings to improve consultation quality.

Requirements

• 02 years of experience in travel sales, customer service, or any client-facing role (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both spoken and written.
• Strong passion for travel and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for customers.
• Ability to multitask, handle objections, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and online communication tools.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends, based on business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• We prefer candidates who can speak in English, Kannada or Hindi.
