Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Consultant (Trade Fair Division) to join our team. The role involves managing client databases, coordinating travel operations, and generating new business leads for upcoming trade fair tours. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Maintain and update client data using CRM tools . Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients from target industries for trade fair tours. Build strong relationships with corporate clients, associations, and industry partners. Support marketing efforts and assist in promoting trade fair packages. Operational Support: Work efficiently on MS Excel for costing, reporting, and data management. Coordinate with the operations team for hotel bookings, flights, and itineraries. Assist in documentation, visa coordination, and group logistics. Reporting: Prepare regular sales and performance reports. Track client feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
