Job Title: Travel Consultant Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Job Type: Full-time Location: Mohali Industry: Travel & Tourism Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Travel Consultant with at least 1 year of professional experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of travel booking systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences for clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and transportation. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other travel-related matters. Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and needs. Handle changes, cancellations, or other adjustments to bookings promptly and efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, visa processes, and travel regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client requests simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism (preferred but not mandatory). Skills: Experience in group or corporate travel planning. Familiarity with CRM tools and travel booking software.
