Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our Kerala branch. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong destination knowledge, and the ability to design personalized travel packages that delight our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and sell domestic and international travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and other services.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and transportation options.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends, and promotional offers.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for customers.
• Process bookings, issue tickets, and manage changes or cancellations efficiently.
• Resolve travel-related issues or complaints with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry.
• Solid knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar).
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam; additional languages will be an advantage.
