Travel Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring exceptional customer service and unforgettable travel experiences. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, deep knowledge of destinations, and the ability to create personalized itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets. Your responsibilities will include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, researching and recommending destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, as well as booking flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services. You will be expected to provide clients with detailed travel itineraries, handle travel documentation such as passports, visas, and insurance, and stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and regulations. Additionally, you will need to manage changes, cancellations, and promptly resolve any travel-related issues while building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar position, strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems (e.g., GDS), and travel regulations, excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Proficiency in travel-related software and tools, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required and a genuine passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients are also important. Preferred qualifications for this role include certification in travel or tourism (e.g., IATA, CTC) and experience working with corporate or luxury travel clients.
