We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our Kerala branch. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong destination knowledge, and the ability to design personalized travel packages that delight our clients. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and sell domestic and international travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and other services. Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and transportation options. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations. Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends, and promotional offers. Build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for customers. Process bookings, issue tickets, and manage changes or cancellations efficiently. Resolve travel-related issues or complaints with professionalism. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry. Solid knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations. Proficiency in travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar). Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English and Malayalam; additional languages will be an advantage.
