Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP). Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial discrepancies. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and audits. Generate and analyze financial reports for management. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and income tax. Maintain documentation and filing systems for financial records. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for account-related queries. Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Time management and multitasking abilities. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA Inter, or similar) are an added advantage.
