Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Ernakulam. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, handling reservations, and offering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include creating itineraries, assisting clients with travel questions, making transportation and accommodation bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in travel reservation systems and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
