Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell adventure travel packages to individuals and groups
Handle client inquiries, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable tour packages
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners
Meet sales targets and generate leads through various channels (online, offline, events)
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after tours
Stay updated on travel trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in travel or tourism sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Passion for sports, outdoor activities, or adventure tourism
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Willingness to occasionally travel or participate in adventure activities (a plus)
