Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Hyderabad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting and management, creating travel arrangements, and handling reservations. They will ensure excellent customer service and assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries. Day-to-day tasks will include answering travel-related inquiries, processing reservations, managing travel documents, and providing personalized travel recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating Travel Arrangements
• Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries and providing personalized service
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and travel-related documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and sustainable tourism practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
