Role We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing startup. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the design of both our mobile applications and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to deliver clear, user-centered design solutions from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept through to final handoff for both mobile and web projects Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into practical, user-centered designs Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to improve and iterate on designs Help maintain and evolve our design system and UI guidelines Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging best practices Required Qualifications & Skills At least 5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience A strong portfolio showcasing both mobile app and website design work Skilled in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles Great communication skills, you can explain your design choices clearly to both technical and non-technical team members Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team Available to work from our office five days a week Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Experience: UI/UX: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/09/2025

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Travel Agent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and managing customized holiday packages, handling both B2B and B2C clients, utilizing Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and ensuring professional customer service with adherence to refund and service protocols. Key Responsibilities Holiday Package Creation – Design and customize domestic and international holiday packages to suit client preferences and budgets. Client Handling – Manage and maintain relationships with both B2B partners and B2C customers, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery. Booking Management – Make reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and tours using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.). Customer Service Excellence – Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high standard of professionalism. Refund & Service Protocols – Process refunds, amendments, and cancellations in compliance with company and industry guidelines. Market Knowledge – Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, promotional offers, and destination information. Sales & Upselling – Promote additional services such as travel insurance, guided tours, and premium upgrades to maximise sales. Required Skills & Competencies Strong working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). Proven track record in handling both B2B and B2C clients effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and partners. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously. Knowledge of refund policies, airline rules, and travel industry regulations. Creative approach to holiday package design and itinerary planning.
