Visa Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Visa Consultant to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will possess 2–3 years of expertise in handling visa services for Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. This role is pivotal in guiding clients through visa procedures, assisting with documentation, and liaising with authorities to ensure smooth and successful visa processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients on suitable visa types and eligibility for Asian, Middle Eastern, and European destinations.
• Manage application documentation, review forms, schedule appointments, and monitor the progress of applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest country-specific visa regulations and embassy guidelines.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa facilitation centres for efficient processing.
• Prepare comprehensive supporting materials, including cover letters, itineraries, and financial documents.
• Offer post-submission support, including handling queries and appeals as needed.
• Maintain precise case records and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
• Collaborate with travel and operations teams for seamless service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for Travel & Tourism).
• 2–3 years of direct experience in visa consulting or processing.
• In-depth knowledge of visa requirements for Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office and online visa application portals.
• Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Additional Preferences:

• Prior experience in travel agencies, immigration consultancies, or visa facilitation centres.
• Proven ability to efficiently manage a high volume of cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,690.12 per month
