Travel Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create customized travel itineraries that meet client needs and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements.
• Plan and sell domestic and international tour packages, hotels, and transportation.
• Provide detailed travel advice, destination information, and recommendations.
• Handle bookings, cancellations, and amendments efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa requirements, and tourism regulations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in travel agency operations or sales.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, holiday packages, and booking procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems, GDS, or online portals (preferred).
• Positive attitude and passion for travel.
