Roles and Responsibilities:

 Handle and respond to customer enquiries through phone, online chat and/or e-mails.

 Have an extensive knowledge of the travel products and services that you are selling, such as the destinations, tours, hotels, activities, and other travel-related services.

 Responsible for making reservations and bookings for customers.

 Handle and respond to customer complaints through phone, online chat and/or e-mails.

 Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's processes and procedures.

 Meet sales targets set by your sales head.

 Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.

 Enter, update and maintain records of all bookings and payments, prepare invoices, and follow up with customers as required.

 Keep updated with company procedures and processes.

 Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements.


Skills & Qualifications:

 Fresher’s or minimum 1- year experience in the travel and tourism Industry.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers.

 Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport building skills.

 Knowledgeable with ticket portal (will be trained).

 Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results.

 Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment.
