Job Overview

The Travel Consultant will be responsible for understanding client travel preferences, designing customized itineraries, and ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-travel support. The role demands strong destination knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Design tailor-made itineraries for domestic and international destinations.
• Handle end-to-end booking processes - flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and travel insurance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings using the company’s CRM system.
• Provide prompt quotations, cost comparisons, and destination recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with DMCs, suppliers, and travel partners.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel products such as upgrades, add-ons, or travel protection plans.
• Keep abreast of travel trends, visa policies, and airline updates.
• Ensure all itineraries and travel arrangements align with PrimeMeridian Travel Co.’s service standards.
• Deliver excellent pre- and post-sales service to maintain repeat and referral business.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality only.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations, hotels, and travel products.
• Proficiency in travel booking tools, GDS (Amadeus/Galileo preferred), and CRM systems.
• Knowing design tools like Canva, Photoshop or any other graphic design work is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, target-driven, and passion for travel.

Pay: ₹15,434.92 - ₹45,165.30 per month
