Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant - Operations based in Coimbatore. The Travel Consultant will manage day-to-day operations, including planning and coordinating travel arrangements, consulting with clients to understand their needs, assisting in making reservations, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves supporting trip execution to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for travelers, resolving any issues that arise, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements, including coordination of itineraries, bookings, and logistics
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address client needs effectively
• Capable of handling Reservations and ensuring accurate booking processes
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges
• Passion for travel and familiarity with top destinations is an advantage
